How It Works
Order Processing
* Express Orders: Placed before 12:00 PM IST on business days are processed and dispatched same-day (0 days handling).
* Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 24 hours (0–1 business day handling).
* Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
* You will receive an order confirmation email immediately at the time of order placement.
Dispatch & Tracking
* Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a verified tracking link via email and/or SMS.
* You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
* Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch.
Delivery Attempt Rules
* Deliveries are made on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding national public holidays).
* Our courier partner will contact you on your registered mobile number before attempting delivery.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure the cash amount is ready at the time of delivery.
* If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will automatically try again on the next business day. After failed attempts, the package will safely be held at the local courier facility for up to 5 days before returning to our warehouse.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected during peak festive sale periods or natural disruptions (floods, extreme weather, courier logistics delays). We will notify you promptly via email/SMS if a significant delay is expected.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us at support@wilsren.shop with your order number, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
