7-Day Return & Exchange Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges within our 7-day window for:

Return & Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
1. Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
3. You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Return Fees & Charges
To provide the best shopping experience and remain fully compliant with consumer safety trust standards, we offer a completely free return and exchange process:
* Return Shipping Fees: INR 0. Customers can download and print a pre-paid return label provided by us, or a free pickup will be arranged from your address via our courier partner.
* Restocking/Processing Fees: INR 0 (We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. You will receive a full refund).

Return & Exchange Options

Option 1: Size or Product Exchange (FREE)
If you need a different size or wish to exchange your item:
1. We will arrange a FREE pickup from your registered address.
2. We will ship out your replacement item completely FREE of charge.
3. Replacement items are shipped within 2-3 business days after we receive and verify your original item.

Damage and defective or replacement or even exchange product will be delivered in 7-10 days

Option 2: Return for Full Refund (FREE)
If you prefer a refund for your return (applicable to both defective and non-defective items):
1. You can download and print the free return label sent to your email, or we will arrange a FREE pickup from your address.
2. No fees will be deducted. You will receive a 100% full refund of the product purchase price.

Refund Processing Time
Once our team receives and inspects your returned item at our warehouse (usually within 2 business days of arrival):
1. Your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment or the provided Bank account in case of COD.
2. The refund credit will appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending entirely on your banking institution's processing times.
